Labor and Transportation:
A-Z Asset Recovery Services will arrange pickup / shipping of customer’s equipment.
Please note* Transportation fees may be included in service. A-Z's logistics provider will contact customer within 3 business days to schedule a pickup. Pickups will be scheduled Monday - Friday / Saturday 8am - 5pm local time. Pickups must be scheduled a min. of 3 business days prior to pickup request date. Any changes to pickups scheduled must be done within 2 business days from pickup date. Customer packed equipment – required for less than 10 units per pickup. The Service is only available to US customers. Equipment greater than 40 pounds may incur additional shipping charges.
Equipment Processing with Data Destruction:
A-Z Asset Recovery Services will remove all property/asset tags from equipment. A-Z Asset Recovery Services sorts computers, monitors, laptops etc.. based resale value. Equipment will undergo functional / cosmetic testing to determine resale, remarket value. Equipment which fails functional or cosmetic testing may need to be recycled or disposed of.
